Our Fajing Squid Jig Starter Pouch is suited to all anglers experienced and new! As a more experienced angler you’ll find yourself using these in newer spots where your unsure of the terrain. As a newbie you don’t have to worry about spending to much cash to get started, theres nothing worse than loosing a $20 squid jig!

Most jigs will catch squid, some days certain colours or sizes will out-fish others, so it pays to have a selection on hand to find the right one for that day and even within the length of a session.

For this reason, it is best to carry a wide selection of jigs in various colours and sizes. The Fa Jing kit includes all the popular sizes of 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5, (this number being roughly the feet/second drop rate.) allowing you to alternate between your jigs to find what’s working best on the day and in your area.

Squid are veracious eaters and can be savage in their attack. Whilst a value pack and effectively a free pouch do not expect these lures to last as well as their expensive cousins: Yamashita, Yo Zuri, Gan Master, and the like. They will however catch you squid and help you narrow down what works best in your locale.
